Standard apartment arrival: after 3:00 PM. Departure: before 12:00 noon. Earlier arrival or later departure must be agreed separately.

Your written quote lists the total, currency, accommodation or itinerary, included services, taxes or fees, and any optional extras. A request on this website does not reserve dates.
How do payments work?
Payment instructions are provided with an agreed quote after availability is checked. Payment methods, any deposit, balance deadline and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing. This review website does not take payments. Please do not email card details.
Can I request a longer stay or a stay with a tour?
Yes. Include your full dates and requirements in your enquiry. Voli will check the apartment and travel arrangements separately and provide a quote.
How will I find the apartment or meeting point?
Your confirmation will include the agreed arrival or meeting arrangements. Tell us your arrival time and whether you need a transfer. Entry details are shared privately with confirmed guests.
